😳 Role-Playing with ChatGPT
“The Force Can Have a Strong Influence on the Weak-minded” - Obi-Wan
Looks like the force is strong with some ChatGPT users, who have discovered a new way to test the limits of OpenAI's language model: by channeling their inner Obi-Wan Kenobi and using Jedi mind tricks to get the bot to teach them some questionable skills, like hot-wiring a car or cooking up meth.
Despite OpenAI's attempts to implement safeguards, people continue to find ways to bypass them. This highlights the futility of censorship, as determined individuals will always find a way to access the information they want. Instead of trying to block access, we should focus on education and awareness.
But let's not forget the real reason we use ChatGPT: to ask it dumb questions and get witty responses. Obi-wan, you're our only hope!

AI Hallucination
It looks like we're dealing with a new villain in town, AI hallucination. This mischievous troublemaker is known for churning out fake information and misleading people into believing it's real. ChatGPT has been caught generating phony summaries of LinkedIn profiles, research papers, and historical figures.
But don't worry, we're not powerless against this foe. It's crucial to use ChatGPT with care and not blindly believe everything it says. While it can be a total game changer in many situations, like content creation, it's essential to fact-check and validate any information it produces. After all, it's just a machine, not a crystal ball or psychic hotline.
Although AI hallucination is not frequent, it's essential to be cautious and understand the limitations of AI to prevent misinformation and confusion. Blindly relying on its output could lead to unwanted outcomes. Unless, of course, you enjoy the risk of public humiliation by confidently spouting off incorrect information about George Washington's boy band phase. In that case, let AI hallucinations run wild!
I tried asking ChatGPT to summarize a Youtube link to a family guy episode and this is what I got.
“The video you linked to is a TEDx talk titled "The Power of Vulnerability" by Dr…”
GPT may generate seemingly random content in certain situations, , such as inputting a non-web-accessible URL into GPT.

🙈🙉 Swiss Army Knife of AI
In the latest AI news, Microsoft has unveiled it’s latest and greatest creation - Kosmos-1! This AI model is a game-changer, integrating different modes of input such as text, audio, images, and video in a single model. It's like the Swiss Army Knife of AI, except it can do a lot more than just open a bottle of wine.
The researchers behind Kosmos-1 believe that this is a crucial step towards achieving artificial general intelligence (AGI), which is basically AI that can perform a variety of general tasks at the level of a human. And let's face it, who wouldn't want an AI that can do their laundry and cook them dinner?
Microsoft trained Kosmos-1 using data from the web, including excerpts from The Pile and Common Crawl. And the results are impressive - the model can analyze images for content, solve visual puzzles, perform visual text recognition, pass visual IQ tests, and understand natural language instructions. It's like the AI version of Sherlock Holmes.
So, what's next for Kosmos-1? Microsoft plans to make it available to developers, so we can expect to see some exciting new applications using this impressive AI model. Keep an eye out, folks - the future is looking bright for Kosmos-1!

¾ of Marketers aren’t ready for AI
Keep your hands and arms inside the vehicle, folks - it looks like the marketing industry isn't quite ready to jump on the AI bandwagon just yet. According to a recent survey by DMEXCO, the majority of industry executives are about as convinced of the transformative power of AI as I am of my ability to dunk a basketball (spoiler alert: it's not happening anytime soon).
Out of the 500 industry professionals surveyed, almost 75% either think that AI is about as useful to marketing as a screen door on a submarine, or they're not sure of its value. That's right, folks - three-quarters of the people surveyed are scratching their heads and wondering what all the fuss is about.
Now, don't get me wrong - there are some brave souls out there who see the potential of AI for tasks like optimizing organic search, customer service, and conversational marketing. But let's be real, we are in the minority. Only about 10% of respondents are actually testing AI in content production and search engine optimization.
The rest of the marketing folks out there are skeptical or cautious about using AI in their companies. They're worried about overestimating its capabilities and quality of results. Anyway, it seems that while AI has shown promise in some areas, it's going to take a lot more convincing before the marketing industry fully embraces its potential. Until then, I'll just be over here, waiting for my robot butler to arrive.

Peanut butter and AI Jelly
Move over peanut butter and jelly, AI and blockchain might just be the new dynamic duo. The two technologies are teaming up to transform industries such as healthcare and finance. AI can analyze massive amounts of data and provide valuable insights, while blockchain can ensure that data is secure and immutable. In healthcare, AI can help professionals detect diseases earlier, and blockchain can protect patient data. In finance, AI can detect fraudulent activities, and blockchain can ensure transactions are stored securely. Together, these technologies are a force to be reckoned with, creating new opportunities and improving existing industries.

BLACKBOARD/MidJourney
In today’s MidJourney BLACKBOARD session, we are discussing the concept of Multi Prompts. Try “::” to separate prompts into different parts.
Here we are demonstrating the difference between the prompt
/Imagine Prompt: Rubber Band
and
/Imagine Prompt: Rubber:: Band::

/Imagine Prompt: Rubber band

/Imagine Prompt: Rubber:: Band::
MidJourney treats “Rubber Band” as one concept in the first render and two separate concepts in the other.
Notice the term Rubber is not represented equally.
Different words have more native weight than others.
Separating concepts don’t always have an expected result

Coach Ernies recommendation
Play with Multi Prompts “::” in your own prompt to better express your concept.
