LLaMa-LLaMa-Ding-Dongs 💩

The LLaMa is on the loose, and it's causing quite a stir! 4chan leaked Facebooks LLaMa (Large Language Model Meta AI), a researcher has created a Discord bot where users can interact with the LLaMa. The leak doesn’t have any of the guardrails or human training of GPT which means it has produced some pretty spicy, unorthodox, and occasionally nonsensical responses. As one might expect from the lovechild of ‘4chan’…

It didn’t take long for users to ask the bot if it was ok to say the “n-word” another asked it to rank which races were the worst. (I say any race over a mile 🤷🏻‍♂️) By the time I got into the chat what could have been an interesting examination into the biases of AI had become a cesspool for the depraved. LLaMa is still quite impressive when you consider it was running on 1/1000 the power OpenAI and only has the initial training. The Llama is out, and causing chaos in the online world.

• 🎮 Discord the Messaging and Social Platform received its own official OpenAI chatbot named Clyde and Automod tools that will be integrated to enhance moderation and communication capabilities on the platform.
  

• 📈 Microsoft's Bing has exceeded 100 million daily active users one month after its AI update.  
  

• ⚕️ OpenAI CEO Sam Altman invested $180M in biotech startup Retro Biosciences, which aims to delay or reverse aging through genetic engineering.
  
  

🤖 OpenAI Wonderbot Takes Multimedium Mastery to the Next Level

🚀 OpenAI is at it again! Get ready for ChatGPT 4, the enhanced version of the original ChatGPT AI. It's said to be able to generate videos, music, images, and even computer code through short text prompts. The rumors are swirling, and some are even speculating that ChatGPT 4 may be able to brew ☕ coffee and scratch your 🐶 dog's belly. • Merlin is a ChatGPT plugin that runs in the browser and uses Open AI, making it easy to reply to business emails or HTML code.

• ChatGPT for Google” chrome extension displays ChatGPT’s responses alongside Google search results, making it easy to access ChatGPT from anywhere.

• TweetGPT is a Chrome plugin that lets you use ChatGPT on Twitter to choose from a variety of sentiments for your post or replies.

• Archie.AI is an AI-powered chatbot for analytics that can provide clear information and analysis to decision-makers.

BLACKBOARD/MidJourney

MidJourney invited paying users to rate images for MidJourney 5 coming soon. Here’s my takeaway.

• Yes there are some beautiful renders

• They haven’t fixed hands

• Still get horrendous contortions on occasion, ie the lady’s leg above.

MidJourney is still my personal favorite AI lab and you can absolutely get amazing images. It appears that where the transition from v3 - v4 was transformative the new update from v4 - v5 will be incremental.

I’m still ecstatic to get my hands on it and will be releasing content on MJ V5 as soon as it arrives.
